1. Terms of Use

TheFrenchCoach-FLE.com provides tailored online French lessons, including general language instruction and exam-specific training for DELF, DALF, and TEF certifications.

When you book a lesson, you agree not to record, reproduce, or distribute any part of the lessons or course materials without prior written approval.

We reserve the right to update or suspend our services at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms will be posted here.

All lessons are delivered online via platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet, unless otherwise specified by mutual agreement. Course fees may vary depending on the format, content, and number of hours booked.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made before any lesson or package begins.

• Payments are processed through secure online methods.

• A receipt will be sent to confirm the transaction.

• For ongoing learners, package offers are available to provide cost-effective options.

3. Cancellation Policy

Individual Class Cancellation

• You may cancel or reschedule a class at least 48 hours in advance without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged in full.

• In the event the teacher cancels, a make-up session will be arranged at no extra cost.

Session (Package) Cancellation

• Sessions refer to bundles of 15 to 32 hours.

• You may cancel your entire session at least 15 days before the start date with no penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the full tuition amount.

4. Refund Policy

Our aim is to provide high-quality learning experiences. However, due to preparation and scheduling demands:

• No refunds are issued for lessons already taken or expired.

• Refunds for unused lessons may be granted within 7 days of purchase, minus a processing fee of R500.

• Discounted or promotional packages are non-refundable.

5. No-Show Policy

Failing to attend a scheduled class (individual or group) without notice will result in the session being marked as used and non-refundable.

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information you provide (e.g., name, email, language level) will only be used for:

• Scheduling and tailoring your lessons

• Communication regarding your course

• Platform performance analysis for improvement

Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.

All content shared during lessons—including videos, slides, documents, and recordings—remains the exclusive property of TheFrenchCoach-FLE.com. You may not reproduce, share, or use it outside of your personal learning without express permission.

8. Legal Disclaimer

We strive to help you succeed in your language exams, but exam outcomes are influenced by personal effort and external exam conditions. We do not guarantee results.

TheFrenchCoach-FLE.com is not officially affiliated with any French language certification body such as France Éducation International or CIEP.
